Originally from the great state of Wisconsin, Ken Schueller and his wife of more than 42 years, Donna (Byers), originally from Indiana, now make Warrensburg, Missouri their home. Ken & Donna have two children, Holly (Schueller) Ochsner, and Andrew Schueller, and four grandchildren, Emma & Nathan Schueller, and Arbor & Vada Ochsner.

 

​Ken is professionally credentialed as a Master Certified Career and Life Coach (MCLC), and internationally certified as a Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC), with additional credentials in administering and interpreting several career assessments and learning diagnostics.

 

Academically, Ken holds undergraduate degrees in both aviation technology and in management with an emphasis in human resource management, and he holds advanced degrees in both management and in human resource development, specializing in career development.

 

Ken is also a graduate of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Management Leadership Institute, and the Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI).

A retired Air Force Veteran, Ken served on active duty for 23 years in several positions at multiple locations around the globe, ranging from an aircraft systems technician to senior management, culminating his Air Force career as a Career Assistance Advisor, where he mentored and facilitated the career development of aspiring Air Force leaders.

 

For more than 23 years after his Air Force retirement, Ken was on staff at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), where he was actively engaged in providing the service, leadership, and management for student success related services, academic advising, and career development services, where he authored the curriculum for exploring majors and careers and founded UCM’s Open Option program. Throughout his tenure at UCM, Ken provided individualized career and life coaching services to more than 6,000 students, alumni, and friends of the university, while also teaching courses in Management and Organizational Behavior.

 

Now in his twilight career, Ken is the Founder and Principal of The Master Plan – Life Coaching (LLC), where he continues privately in his vocational purpose to provide career and life coaching services.
